...Well, that was the original project aim. This site is actually an experiment by a Toronto based web production firm Design Guru - Toronto 2.0 was originally a testing ground for using Joomla (open source web software) to collate news from around the web automatically through RSS feeds. Now, we love the tdot and so there is a larger aim to create a web project here that lists and reports on all the cool stuff happening in Toronto to make it truly a world-class metropolis that people can feel proud to live in - but that's going to take some time and until then this site may seem a little, well, lacking.
